Rabbit Meat Balls for Spaghetti  (makes 24 plus meat balls)

2 lbs.                    ground rabbit

2                            eggs

½ cup                  125 mL  crushed croutons

1 tbsp.                  15 mL teriyaki sauce

1 tbsp.                  15 mL minced garlic

¼ cup                   60 mL chopped onion

1 tsp.                     5 mL pepper

 

Combine all rabbit meat ball ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.  Shape into 1 ½ inch (3.8 cm) balls.  Arrange on a large ungreased baking sheet.  Bake rabbit meat balls in oven at 500˚F (260˚C) for 15 minutes, until light golden brown.  Add to favourite pasta and sauce, enjoy.
